Magnet Bag Housing

Magnetic Bag Filter Housing is designed for the PP bag filter use. The steel housing was made of SS304/316.It was polished very smooth after the welding process,and it is easy for PP bag covering without prick. The magnetic bar is made of NdFeB magnet,it have strong magnetic force to remove the metallic magnetic particles in stream of liquid substances.

The butterfly shape steel plate was designed for the magnetic bars fixture.With this design one or two mangetic bars could be inserted in one housing according to different magentic separating demands.The magnetic bar have a dowel on one end and a loop on the other end.It is easy for the magnetic bar insert to housing and pull out from housing.
